Our Staff

Rus Hooper (Senior Pastor).

Rus grew up in the panhandle of Texas.  He is a graduate from Lubbock Christian University.  He holds masters’ degrees from Harding School of Theology and Abilene Christian University.    He’s been at RCC since October of 2005.  He is married to Shelly and they have three grown children.
